Keir Starmer has allowed himself to be portrayed as the new champion of Brexit and a committed opponent of Free Movement. At a time when Brexit is increasingly being rejected by the electorate, is this a wise strategy? We at Oxford for Europe are not so sure. Is it too late for a change of direction?
